Stacy Waters-Bailey, Ph.D., is the President of South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, North Carolina. She is a 2019 graduate of the North Carolina Community College Leadership Program and has over 13 years of higher education experience, serving at both two-year and four-year institutions. Stacy has held various roles in both Academic Affairs and Student Services, most recently serving as Vice President of Transfer Excellence and Success at Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem, NC.
