Bio

Oscar Miranda Tapia, Ph.D., is a Research Associate for the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. He was also a Provost Fellow at North Carolina State University while completing his degree in ELPHD. Oscar’s research interests include college access and success. Oscar holds a B.A. in Psychology from Elon University and an M.Ed. with a concentration in Higher Education from Harvard University.
