Bio

Dr. Lenore P. Rodicio, Ph.D., became the president and CEO of Achieving the Dream (ATD) in 2026. Prior to her current role, she served as an evaluation partner for transformation initiatives funded by the Gates Foundation, a senior fellow at the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program and a leadership and strategy coach with ATD. Originally from Miami, FL, she received her bachelor’s degree from Barry University and her doctorate from Louisiana State University.
