Bio

Latasha Reid-Daniels, M.I.S., is a Research Associate at the Belk Center and a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Psychology in the Teacher Education and Learning Sciences (TELS) Department at North Carolina State University. Before joining the Belk Center, she served as a graduate assistant with NC State University’s Educational Leadership Academy (NELA) and as a teaching assistant in TELS. Latasha holds a B.S. in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University and an M.S. in Information Science from North Carolina Central University. While at NCCU, she developed a passion for serving as a beacon of light for marginalized and underrepresented women of color pursuing opportunities in academia and STEM fields.
