Is there something that excites you about the upcoming academic year? What are you hopeful for?
I am hopeful that the opportunity created by being a part of the West Hub will generate enthusiasm about the varied and diverse offerings available to the employees at Isothermal Community College (ICC).

Is there something in particular that you would like Co-Directors and/or Professional Learning Leaders (PLLs) to experience as faculty leaders?
I would like for faculty to experience a large selection of professional development from which to choose. I hope this will support everyone.

The Teaching & Learning Hubs may be a new concept for some faculty. What would you say to faculty who are hesitant about engaging with the Hubs?
The Hubs are community colleges coming together to assist all of us with elevating our teaching and learning environments. Those involved are just like we are here at ICC.
