Bio
Zach Barricklow, Ed.D., serves as associate vice president for strategy and rural innovation at the North Carolina Community College System. His work focuses on advancing the statewide strategic plan that supports 58 community colleges, with a specific focus on serving and strengthening the 40+ rural colleges across North Carolina.
At the Belk Center, he leads rural college engagement and research, and also supports a variety of programs, such as the Rural College Leaders Program, the North Carolina Community College Leadership Program (NCCCLP), and the publication of reports and briefs on rural colleges, innovation, leading change, and strategic planning.
