Bio
Trip Belote, Ph.D., is a senior research associate at the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Campbell University and a Master of Public Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development at NC State. His previous work experience includes senior executive positions in public and private sector business and economic development. Trip is a native of eastern North Carolina. His research interests include adult education, workforce development, and public/private partnerships.
