Bio
Pamela Eddy, Ph.D. is a faculty affiliate with the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. She is a William & Mary University professor of higher education and a faculty fellow in the Center for Innovation in Learning Design. She serves as a consultant for campuses, system offices, and on funded grants regarding strategies to support community college student success and to support leadership development. Eddy’s role as a Belk Center faculty affiliate includes serving as a consultant and contributor to the development and implementation of a research agenda around executive leadership programs. This research will focus on how North Carolina’s community college leaders lead their institutions in increasing student outcomes as defined by the Aspen College Excellence Framework of Student Success that addresses completion/transfer, labor market, and teaching/learning outcomes.
