Bio

Holley Nichols, Ph.D. has over a dozen years of experience in scholarships, financial aid, and admissions at UNC-Chapel Hill and NC State University. Her research interests include rural and first-generation student populations, and education models that blend secondary and post-secondary curricula. Holley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from UNC-Chapel Hill and earned a Masters of Education in Higher Education from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Prior to her career in higher education, she was a beekeeper with the Peace Corps in Paraguay.
