Ece Yilmaz, Ph.D. is a senior research associate at the Belk Center working with the PACE Team. Her work at the Belk Center integrates qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of community college employees. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development from North Carolina State University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language Education from Bogazici University and Master of Science Degrees in Educational Administration and Gender and Women’s Studies from Middle East Technical University. Prior to joining the Belk Center team, Ece served in both academic and administrative positions in higher education in Turkey.
