Ece Yilmaz, Ph.D. is a research associate at the Belk Center working with the PACE Team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language Education from Bogazici University and Master of Science Degrees in Educational Administration and Gender and Women’s Studies from Middle East Technical University. Prior to joining the Belk Center team, Ece served in both academic and administrative positions in higher education in Turkey.
