Roshaunda L. Breeden (she/her) is a senior research associate at the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Africana Studies from NC State University and Masters of Education from the University of Georgia. She earned her Ph.D. in College Student Affairs Administration in 2021 from the University of Georgia. Roshaunda’s qualitative methodologies include critical, visual, and participatory action research. As a scholar-practitioner, her work centers on social identities and intersecting systems of oppression based on race, gender, and social class in higher education. Her previous work experiences include academic advising, diversity programming, and college access and support.
