Jordan Dolfi

Jordan Dolfi, Ed.D. is a senior research associate at the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research and project coordinator of the ECMC Foundation Postsecondary Career and Technical Education Research Fellows Program in the College of Education at NC State University. In her role with the Belk Center, she leads the adult learner work, including the research team for NC Reconnect. For the ECMCF Postsecondary CTE Research Fellows program, she coordinates research training and professional development for the Research Fellows, offers writing support and accountability, and research dissemination. Jordan is a 2022 graduate of the Ed.D. Program in Adult and Community College Education at NC State University. Her dissertation research focused on high-quality Career and Technical Education in the community college setting. Jordan serves in multiple service roles, including on the Executive Committee for the Association for Career and Technical Education Research and Chair of the CTE SIG for AERA. She has worked for the North Carolina public university system in various capacities since 2008.
