Belk Center Publishes Annual Report (2020-2021): Read Here

Belk Center Executive Director and W. Dallas Herring Professor Dr. Audrey “AJ” Jaeger shares in her opening letter, “In the past 12 months, we have expanded our focus on teaching and learning—both in research and practice—pursued opportunities to invest in new community college presidents, created spaces to identify and respond to equity issues, and enhanced our support of emerging leaders enrolled in NC State’s Community College Leadership doctoral program. This report outlines the impact of the Belk Center’s work in three primary areas: executive leadership, doctoral education, and research and evaluation.”

The report also highlights steps that the Belk Center is taking to advance our equity commitments, including equity-focused case study research, policy reviews, and storytelling that highlight the work of Black, Latin*, Asian, and Indigenous leaders in the North Carolina Community College System.
